The in-house design team recently gained planning approval for marinas and waterfront developments for clients in Cheshire, Staffordshire, Worcestershire, Warwickshire, Lincolnshire, Buckinghamshire, Essex, Leicestershire, Gloucestershire and Northamptonshire.
By enjoying a good working relationship with the New Marinas Unit of Canal & River Trust (formerly British Waterways) GJP has access to valuable data to assess demand and trends in the boating industry.

- Plan layout of the marina showing the jetties, buildings, roadways, footpaths & service areas
- Budget estimated project costs and viability assessment
- Assessment of applications for statutory approvals following initial discussions with Canal & River Trust and the Local Planning Authority
